Hotel with lively beach bar-restaurant and swimming pool, offering rooms with balcony or terrace at reasonable prices in Paje.

This superb little complex of six houses, on the front line of the beach, offers 24 ultra-comfortable rooms, very spacious (48m2) with large bay windows and a balcony or terrace to admire the pool, right in front, framed by a pretty wooden deck. Prices are affordable for the location and standing, and the atmosphere relaxed. We love the bright rooms, modern bathrooms, air-conditioning, breakfast served in a stylish beach bar-restaurant, and even live music in the evening. Mahali is at the heart of Paje's lively district.

We had a really good stay at Mahali. The breakfast was nice and the staff was really wonderful. The prices in the restaurant was good as well. But the food could have been better. I excepted more of the special burger and also excepted to have more local food in the menu. But overall, a really nice hotel. Clean and food service. I can recommend it!

A very pleasant ambience, you have the impression of being almost alone on the beach, the bungalows are not very greenhouse. C.c.ly very natural style has the interior is well to the style of the island. You can eat very well in the restaurant. They did work for still improving the site in April 2015 when I was in Zanzibar for the last time.
