The hotel is in the heart of Bukoba; the airport is only about 800 m away. Long left abandoned by its former owners, it reopened in 2011 after the buyout by the Karagwe coffee cooperative (west of the Kagera region). The address is also a known point of the inhabitants for eating and drinking, the weekend or evening evening (dishes from 6 000 TSH).
