It is at the top of the Gergovie plateau, where Vercingetorix and his Gallic forces succeeded in repelling the Roman legions, that the Hutte Gauloise welcomes you in summer and winter. Food lovers should be reassured: despite a change of owner and sometimes long waiting times, the dishes are as delicious and copious as ever. Served in large cast-iron pans, we recommend that you share a truffle. If the wind is not blowing, in summer you can enjoy the large terrace and the garden.

Nous avions l'habitude d'y aller l'été en famille avec les enfants car ils ont un grand terrain avec une vue sublime et des jeux pour les enfants, de plus nous nous régalions a chaque fois,des produits frais bien cuisinés et maison,le service était impeccable. Les nouveaux propriétaires sont arrivés en avril et nous avons été extrêmement déçu, nous avons senti que les enfants n'étaient pas les bienvenus, le service était catastrophique,on nous apporte le plat alors que l'entrée n'as pas été débarrassé, et la cuisine....une cata:lourd,pas un seul legumes, le même accompagnement pour tout le monde du menu enfant au poisson à la viande,
...bref nous ne reviendrons pas.
