Archaeological museum located on the plateau, presenting the Arverne territory and a major episode in the Gallic War.
Take a step back in time to the days of the Gauls. An audiovisual projection plunges you into the heart of the battle between Vercingetorix and Julius Caesar in 52 BC. Archaeological remains also help us understand how the first towns were settled. A digital space illustrates geological formation and the evolution of landscapes. Activities around the touch table, workshops and tours will liven up your visit. Events are offered during the Gallic Festivals. In 2024, an exhibition will retrace the little-known life of the Gergoviotes.

Super
