A winemaker for over 20 years, Gilles Persilier has been cultivating his vines organically since 2009, and is the first in the Puy-de-Dôme region to hold the Nature & Progrès label. His wines, which have often won awards, set new standards. The estate produces distinctive cuvées, such as the famous Gergovia, a 100% Gamay AOC Côtes d'Auvergne, perfect for summer evenings. Proud of his independence, Gilles Persilier leads a busy daily life, divided between deliveries, work in the vineyards and bike rides. Before visiting him, it's best to give him a call to make sure he'll be there.
