A winegrower for over 20 years, Gilles Persilier has been working organically since 2009. He recently became the first winemaker in the Puy-de-Dôme region to be awarded the Nature & Progrès label. His wines are benchmarks, regularly winning awards. The estate produces distinctive wines, such as the famous Gergovia, a 100% Gamay AOC Côtes d'Auvergne, ideal for summer evenings. Independent and proud of it, Gilles Persilier has no fixed hours. He's either on delivery, in the vineyards or out cycling. So it's best to give him a call before you come.
