FERYAL GARDENS
This elevated garden, rich in opulent tree species, was created by King Farouk in honour of his daughter Féryal. Rendezvous for families and lovers. A pleasant break after visiting the Nubian Museum which is only a few meters away. The view is the same as that of the Old Cataract, which a small wall separates from the garden. There are paths running through it, and the vegetation is very rich. The locals walk there with friends and family.
Across the road, you'll find the Fatimid cemetery. Charming place overlooking the Nile and Elephantine Island.
