Hamada takes you through the desert, where others don't go... he organizes transport to and from Cairo, prepares delicious meals, sets up the camp where you will spend the night and lets you enjoy the scenery. The proposed programs range from 2 to 10 days, with a choice of: the oases, the white desert, Gulf el Kebir, Djara Cave or the great sea of sand. Very good quality. Note that Hamada has opened an ecolodge 7 km from Bawiti.
Think of the temperatures that drop considerably at night, and the fact that there are no toilets in the desert.

I back a trek with Hamada, in short: they were fabulous.
Every day it is a different desert, it is breathtaking.
I chosen it like you by visiting the forums, or I had perceived an enthusiasm and sincerity in exhibits, and I was not wrong, I have this enthusiasm.
Hamada is very professional, it is passionate, it will bring you in most beautiful corner with its Samouka guide.
Its more:
- it provides everything you need, sleeping bag, blankets, excellent Bedouin for all meals, better than in the impersonal hotels 4-5* of Cairo.
- it provides even mineral water, when some agencies from day to day bill... not to mention breaks tea and karkadé.
- it is well - suited trekking (4 days on foot for us) depending on our rhythm, our needs, even changed part of the tour without having to speak fee or another negotiation.
- he knows the desert, the deserts, because every day it is a different landscape, it avoids the tourist areas, although in this moment, it does not have high society unfortunately for them.
- Choice of hotel in nice oasis: a écolodge in nature (far from the urban centre...)
- Value is excellent, I did not find better.
In any case you should avoid French agencies that sub-contract with terminal or pickups and false local guides has low price.
And especially:
- it is share his love of the desert, its state of mind, his dream... what adds an extra dimension to this journey, really!
- It and guide was popular and respected by the people that met, felt.
Less? if you need to some then:
- it does not speak French, or very little, but that is not a problem, it speak very English, and that is enough, you could chat with them all! its guide is Arabic-speaking, as specified on site, but no problem either, the dialogue and complicity were too.
To keep the option French Egyptologist guide and for temples or there, you must, and it is better Bedouin guide speaking English and know the desert, that a guide French Cairo speaking and who is at the edge of the roads fear losing...
- The superb breakfast, it is necessary to forget the café way " George" ,... it is the soluble, but you should not forget that you are in the desert.
And it is time to go there, it becomes privileged press this desert almost alone.
Forget the harassing and the noise of Cairo, there it is relaxing, you forget all, the return to Cairo is difficult and noisy as a result...
Cotai security in Egypt? no difference since my last trip in 2010, less mass tourism, it is clear! unfortunately for them, so much the better for us.
Except, return... a little apprehension on the RER line B... but it is another history.
You should stay lucid, go there... there are events as in the uk in 2005, but it is still a place where you can visit without fear the capital.

we return from Egypt or we made 10 days in the treck dessert hamada and his team. all was very well organised, equipment is new and clean compared to other suppliers whom we had on site. Excellent food and moments shared around the unforgettable campfire. Hamada is the small treatment and treat yourself to its guests. We strongly recommend it
After rolled for 4.5 hours we arrived in an absolutely stunning landscape: the white desert with its mountains in the rabbit, mushroom... The black sand black desert and silence with us only two in the heart of no share: dream in Egypt...
