An opportunity to discover the different techniques of gold panning, through visits to the village of La Tour-d'Auvergne.
The tourist office Auvergne VolcanSancy accompanies you in your cultural and sporting activities as well as for your stay in the western part of the Puys chain and in the Sancy massif. In July and August, the tourist office offers introductory courses in gold panning as well as guided tours of the village of La Tour-d'Auvergne and visits to farms. It will also be able to introduce you to the different gold panning techniques. Please note that three other tourist reception offices are at your disposal in the municipalities of Tauves, Saint-Sauves d'Auvergne and Orcival.
