Pier 88 is often packed! Set on a floating barge, it's a chic place to have a drink at the champagne bar, enjoy a good meal or... be seen. Frequented by the El Gouna jet set, for those who like it. In addition to its trendy side, the restaurant's Mediterranean cuisine is quite good, particularly their seafood specialties and their regressive desserts. The cocktail menu is excellent, with original creations based on juniper, rosehips and watermelon... Reservations are required for weekends.
