BRUGAROL
A superb semi-gastro address in the old Jewish quarter, halfway between Japanese savoir-faire and Catalan freshness.
This little address in the heart of the old Jewish quarter, with 21 chairs and no more, doesn't look like much. And yet. Le Brugarol combines the quality of Empordà seafood with the finesse of Japanese cuisine. While the raw preparations are particularly meticulous (sashimi, tartare, salads), a number of other creative, hot tapas complete the offer of this semi-gastro tavern. Certainly one of the best-value restaurants in Barcelona's old town.
