DOS PEBROTS
Inventive traditional cuisine of chef Albert Raurich in a restaurant in Barcelona.
This small and cozy oasis, located on the Ramblas, is the direct heir of El Bulli and Dos Palillos. Dos Pebrots will tell you the history of gastronomy through its dishes. Three different tasting menus are offered, but you can also choose a la carte. We liked the cod roe as a starter, followed by gnocchi and lamb skewer with Lebanese wine, and the sirloin steak. For dessert, the figs in tempura are a real treat! Be careful if you want to take the time to savor, as the service is sometimes a bit fast.
