Charming restaurant located near the Picasso Museum in Barcelona.
100 meters from the Picasso Museum, this pretty restaurant has retained the charm of the old bistros. The tiled counter in the dining room and the wrought iron staircase are said to be the pride of the owner. On the menu, there is a wide selection of Catalan cold cuts and cheeses, as well as local specialties such asesqueixada (a cod dish),escalivada with smoked sardines, coca (a kind of pizza) with liver and caramelized onions, or veal stew simmered in Montsant wine. Ideal for a dinner for two, but also for a group in its private room!
