Le Suculent's philosophy is not to innovate, but to renovate! This is the key word of this restaurant, which offers the best of Mediterranean cuisine while using innovative techniques. In a retro chic decor, with dark walls and recycled wood furniture, you can choose one of the tasting menus, elaborated with seasonal products. On the menu, we liked the red mullet with fennel and bouillabaisse and the cuttlefish and Iberian bacon tartar with almond milk. Treat yourself to one of the caviar-based specialties.
