Located in a pedestrian area, this is a small restaurant whose philosophy is to offer market products using avant-garde methods. The kitchen is visible from the dining room, allowing you to watch the preparation of the six- and eight-course tasting menus that our clientele loves. Among the traditional culinary specialties, try the grilled sweetbreads and a rabbit terrine. We love it! To finish on a sweet note, try the rum baba roasted in butter. Very nice wine list.
