Here, we prefer the term gastronomic "syncretism" to fusion. This is because each of the partners behind this project, launched at the end of 2023, brings his or her own touch to the table: the tropical inspirations of Colombian chef Diego Mondragón and manager Mariella Rodriguez (Costa Rica) subtly blend with the traditional Mediterranean cuisine of Barcelona chef German Espinosa. And the result is sumptuous! In a cheerful, minimalist dining room, you'll find a succession of tempting dishes combining the sea, savory spices and Caribbean sweetness.
