At the crossroads of demanding Japanese traditions and exotic Peruvian cuisine, the dishes that emerge from Ají's double open kitchen are a perfect balance of flavors, colors and textures! And while the menu may be a pick of the litter in the evening, during the week it's incredibly inexpensive for the quality of the meal. A real Michelin-starred surprise!
