Ninoska Palomino Olano, after studying hotel management, decides to spread Peruvian cuisine and opens the Ninoska café. The place is a myth in the neighborhood. She serves dishes such as ceviche (white fish cooked in lemon juice), which she calls levanta muertos because it works miracles on the mornings of highly alcoholic evenings. Also the anticuchos (pieces of beef heart fillet with embers) or grilled corn. Don't miss it, it's a fun and multiracial place, with Peruvian music.
