At UMA, punctuality is a must, and not without reason: at 1:30 p.m. sharp (8:30 p.m. for dinner), the show begins! After all, this is an immersive sensory experience. The surprise tasting menu is served to all guests at the same pace, in the cosy setting of a single, vast service room reminiscent of a friend's living room.
