Cooking with Catalan and Asian flavours in a creative tapas bar in Barcelona.
The founders of La Pubilla have created this mini-restaurant which is one of the most famous in the Gràcia district. It adds some Asian touches to the Spanish cuisine, especially Vietnamese. The address is very busy and rarely empty, but the croquetas and the tortilla of the day, as well as all the tapas are really worth the detour. Despite the efficiency of the service, you will have to wait a little before being served, but you will not be disappointed, because the dishes are excellent and the plates generous. Nice selection of wines.
