Founded in 1911, it was one of Barcelona's most dazzling hardware stores at the time. But few people know the secrets it harbors: during the Civil War, a secret dining room was built in its basement. Named Club 61, it now serves cocktails in a jazzy atmosphere. The restaurant also offers traditional cuisine based on quality local produce, prepared as tapas or more refined Spanish dishes. A wonderful discovery, to be enjoyed at any time of day!

Venimos de Canarias y andábamos un poco perdidos por la ciudad, tuvimos mucha suerte en encontrar un sitio con buen ambiente y una comida espectacular. Destacar el atendimiento de Lucas, nos aconsejó muy bien en la comida y pendiente a nosotros.

Era la hora del aperitivo y solo queríamos tomar una cerveza y picar algo. Enseguida nos pusieron en una mesa de la entrada y nos atendieron de maravilla.

Also we‘ve been 7 person and I would definitely recommend it if you want to eat tapas in bigger groups! The strawberry sangria was very delicious.
