If you are interested to spend a night on the street bench, I would recommend to use this agency. We booked an apartment in Barcelona through AirB&B. We arrived at about 10:30pm and we could not get into the building. I know what people think in that case. Trust me, it was not because we could not follow instructions. We contacted the host, who asked us to send her both a picture and a video of what we were doing. Convinced that it was not our fault, they “called” for help. We waited for over an hour. At that point, I asked to cancel the reservation. She responded that the support team is on its way. 40 minutes later, no support team. We ended up going to the hotel at about 1:00am. I doubt that we were the first clients who had to deal with that. Obvious, I would recommend people to stay away from using this shady company.

Worst experience we had on airbnb. We enter the house and are greeted by a very strong (and permanent) smell of sewer. Then pee stains on the floor near the toilets (one in two didn't even work but they later fixed it), stains inside the showers, sewer insects flying around. One bedroom door even had a hole in it from someone punching it.
But the worst thing was the host's behavior: the air conditioning was broken (in August) and to overcome the problem they offered us to go to a smaller house. When we refused and asked for a refund for the remaining 2 nights out of three (so we could find another place) they told us that they would only refund one of the two nights, breaking among other things the airbnb policy on the matter (was finally airbnb in fact who reimbursed us for the two nights and also partially for the previous one spent without air conditioning).
In short, stay away from these people. The houses are disgusting and the owners dishonest.

Silvana muy correcto una vez visto el anuncio no me interesa y le respondo diciendo que me llame y le explicare mis necesidades para ver si tiene algún inmueble de las características que preciso, Y SU NUEVA RESPUESTA ES GRACIAS QUE PASES UN FELIZ VERANO, PASA DE LLAMARME. Esta empresa también gestiona apartamentos sueltos en comunidades de vecinos. El apartamento Manel es uno de ellos. No se preocupan lo más mínimo del descanso del resto de vecinos. No asisten a las reuniones y no informan a los turistas de las normas a cumplir

Appartement réservé par AirBnB

Un tout nouveau système de location sans clés ni propriétaire qui surprend… Quand on accorde sa confiance à la technologie et qu’elle ne nous déçoit pas le résultat est bluffant ! A l’arrivée à l’appartement, un lien reçu par mail permet d’ouvrir le bâtiment et la porte d’entrée.
Ayant connu quelques difficultés quant à l’obtention de ce fameux mail-magique, nous avons été parfaitement aiguillés par Rosselia du service client qui nous a indiqué la marche à suivre en parlant aussi bien français qu’espagnol. Nous saluons sa disponibilité et son amabilité qui nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour au cœur du quartier gothique de Barcelone.
