I reserved an apartment on this site in March (sea view 22) for my summer holidays (15 days in August).
very warm welcome (thank you ilaria) and the prices of flat are very good.
With the owner all it passed, and we went from good holiday in Barcelona to 80m from the sea.
I was already in Barcelona (4 times) and it is the best site than I found especially on the level value

J'ai réservé 5 nuit début Juin un appartement Place Catalunia de 80 m2 avec deux chambres et deux salles de bain. Seul problème la deuxième chambre faisait 7 m2 et la 2ème salle de bain était hors service à cause de remonté d'odeur !!! Très mauvais accueil. : on doit se débrouiller pour 300 € la nuit c'est dommage. Je ne recommande pas
