Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona. Well equipped, walking distance to the beach and metro. Super friendly helpful staff that you can contact in person downstairs during business hours. It was great to have a washing machine! Do be aware that you will have to walk your luggage in as taxis don't generally drive through the gothic quarter. However drop off and hailing one is easy within a 2-5 minute walk. It isn't accessible friendly, there are steps to get into the building. I would recommend staying here for the vibe, amenities and location.

Très bonne expérience. Seul bémol, l'isolation des murs, nous entendons les voisins. Propre, spacieux, climatisation, pas besoin de clef, tout se fait par code c'est super pratique.

We stayed at this apartment for two nights, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The standout feature of this accommodation was undoubtedly its perfect location, being just a 2-3 minute walk from the vibrant Passeig Del Born and the entire neighborhood. It provided us with easy access to the heart of Barcelona, making our sightseeing and exploration effortless.

The apartment itself was decent, offering a comfortable space for our short stay. It had all the basic amenities we needed, and the layout was functional.

The staff was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with warmth and made us feel right at home. Marianna, in particular!!

In conclusion, if you're looking for a well-located apartment in Barcelona with friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, this place is a great option.

Great location, so many bars and restaurants right in the area. The office was easy to find, very friendly and informational service while checking in. The apartment is around the corner from the office. There’s an elevator and it’s air conditioned. Two separate bedrooms (1 small with two single beds side by side, and 1 larger room with a closet and desk), full kitchen, dining room, bathroom with shower and three small balconies. The apartment was clean but a little worn. When we checked out at 11:00 am, the office offered to watch our bags until we had to go to the airport.

Bel appartement confortable occupé pour 13 nuitées. On avait le 3-1. Équipement satisfaisant, situation idéale et rues charmantes. Les informations sur les équipements et les commodités du secteur sont pertinentes. Suggestion: les chaises de cuisine seraient à changer. Le tressage est inconfortable ( coussins nécessaires sinon ça marque les cuisses). On a adoré y séjourner. De plus, le personnel est sympathique et avenant.
