Good value apartments in a superb setting on the Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona.

About twenty apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms gathered in a beautiful building of Passeig de Gràcia, located almost opposite the famous Illa de la Discòrdia and its modernist buildings. Beautiful surface, very neat decoration and top-of-the-range equipment. Some apartments also have a terrace overlooking the Passeig de Gràcia or a block away. You will also appreciate the many services offered: parking, transfer to the airport, babysitting. Excellent value for money, considering the services and location.

Excelente ubicación y apartamento en buen estado. Muy buena insonorización del dormitorio principal pero la habitación pequeña es muy ruidosa y las camas son muy pequeñas para adultos e incómodas. Inflexibilidad total para el check in antes de las 16 h aunque nos aseguraron que tendríamos la habitación antes de hora al llegar a las 11am. En vez de ser sinceros nos tuvieron esperando hasta las 15:50 h con 2 niños y habiendo avisado la estancia era por temas médicos.... Para el check out no pararon de presionarnos para salir a las 11 cuando habíamos confirmado la hora. Mucha falta de atención, de flexibilidad y de profesionalidad!!!!
