Hotel, good value for money, with terrace located near Plaça Catalunya in Barcelona.
Just a five-minute walk from Plaça Catalunya, this beautiful family-run hostel is close to the stores and monuments of the Eixample, such as the Sagrada Familia, as well as the main bus routes. The staff is very friendly and will even help you book the shows you want to see during your stay. Breakfast is not included, but the establishment offers you a small basket of snacks and juices every morning. You can also make your own coffee or tea throughout the day.

1. Location is great. Centrally located. With very good metro and bus connections.
2. Friendly and helpful staff
3. Tea, coffee and water available all the time. This one is very refreshing, specially after a long walking or before starting the day.
4. Before arriving, they sent me an email and offered an early check in, which we could not take, as we had a late flight. After checking out, we left our luggage in the storage which was great.
Negatives:
1. The triple room photos which I received was not the one in the sample photos. It was old, worn out and simple. Not satisfying and definitely not 215 square feet at all.
2. The room faced the street and unfortunately no sound proof. All Night through, you could hear the cars and the trash cars and the crowd. I had my ear plugs but was awake two or three times every night.
3. The breakfast package was always a cupcake and an industrial fruit nectar. They could replace that with milk and a small fruit to the package.
4. Safe did not work. No mirror in the room. One common fridge in the dining room.
5. Overall, the price value was not satisfying. Although the staff was trying to do their best, the shortcomings do not compensate for the price, specially when you book 5 or 6 months in advance. The location was great. The staff was great. But not the price value for the room that we recieved.
