Lamentable por quién me recibió (Rafael muy muy cordial), mi cama tnia la luz averiada, sábanas sucias, baño sin lugar para dejar nada al momento de bañarte comodo, al 2do dia me dicen que solo hay agua fria para bañarse ????… de mal en peor! Pésimo por favor NO VAYAN, poca y más bien nada de preocupación por el staff de solucionar problemas. (Me voy un dia antes de lo esperado).

Very bad service and rules small rooms and no windows The personnel were good but not recommended because you need to pay for everything luck and towels compared to other hostels I give only one star

La peor experiencia que he tenido en muchos años de viajes y hostels. Éramos 3 personas, la reserva era supuestamente en una habitación con otras personas (pero nosotros estaríamos juntos) y cuando llegamos al lugar nos dijeron que sólo habíamos alquilado una cama, por lo tanto nos iban a separar. Al final pude convencer a la recepcionista de ponernos juntos,(es decir que desde el principio había una habitación donde podamos quedarnos los 3) con lo cual toda la situación me pareció innecesaria. La habitación no tiene paredes hasta arriba, es un gran salón dividido por paneles con agujeros, así que escuchas toda la gente de las habitaciones de al lado. La calefacción estaba altísima, no había ventanas, las duchas hacían un ruido que parecían de gritos. Entendemos que es un hostel donde las habitaciones se comparten, pero tenia que viajar temprano y no pude descansar porque en la habitación de al lado un señor miraba vídeos de tik tok en loop de gallos con el volumen que se lo escuchaba desde madrid. Me quejé con el recepcionista y fue muy amable al intervenir. Sin embargo, un grupo de americanos entraron y salieron de la habitación durante toda la madrugada con botellas de vodka, drogas duras en el lavabo, y cuando decidieron dormir (ya como a las 4 am) dormían prácticamente desnudos. Cero cero respeto. La recepción estaba Justo al lado de nuestra habitación así que dudo mucho que no hayan visto el desfile. No volveremos, no recomendamos, lamentamos por la gente que trabaja ahí.

If you read this, don’t come here!
Worst hostel experience of my life and I have seen a few.
The one good thing: you are right next to the beach. Thats it.
Super small rooms, everything is crammed together. Besides the Restaurant there is no common area. You can hear ANYTHING that is going on in the other rooms. Bathroom is dirty and there is no toilet seat.
There are no curtains and most wall sockets/lights dont work.
The absolute worst part:
2 am in the middle of the night somebody shakes me awake „WHO ARE YOU“
„WHATS YOUR BOOKING NUMBER“
The manager woke me up in the middle of the night, no respect or anything. Something got messed up in the system but why not wait till the morning?
Next morning they tell me i need to pack my stuff and change rooms. Done, they come back „no, it‘s fine“ and all for nothing.
Planned to stay 7 nights but Im checking out tomorrow. Didnt get my money back.
Will never come back. Avoid this place.

The most terrible people who work there.
Yesterday at 8-9:p.m., I checked in, and there was a girl at the reception she was just rude and unfriendly. Not professional at all. She just let me wait, was playing and kidding around with her colleagues. Just did Not want yo work. SUCH ACTITUDE NOT ACCEPTABLE AT A GUEST HOUSE
I ASKED HER YOUR TREAT YOUR CLIENTS LIKE THIS?
THENBSHE SHUD UP.
Oh dear god, never ever again am I gonna come here.

I give 1 star only for the location . The hospitality is terrific , very unpleasant staff. Rooms are dirty and u can literally listen the snoring from other rooms. Very uncomfortable. And the food and cafeteria is disgusting. Not recommended at all.

A ver, hay que dejar claro que es un hostel, no puedes esperar la comodidad de una habitación de hotel, las camas podrían tener una cortina que dé mayor privacidad, sobre limpieza, seguridad y servicio, muy bien la verdad.

Bed bugs. ???? A big fat one sat on my pillow. The receptionist said they’re just changing the sheets and not doing anything effective about the bed bugs issue. Avoid at all costs. I could spot the bugs before going to bed, so luckily i could leave.

I wont complain. Coz of top locations.
after one year I back to this place. I will say again great locations can cover all.
From my experience stuff here is very friendly, helpful and polite. For me beds are comfortable, I sleep always very good. I will back for sure.

Keep away from this scammers!!

I demand immediate action! I booked a room through Hostelworld, but when I arrived, the beds were completely undone and covered in filth. To make matters worse, the hostel refused to refund me after I complained about these unacceptable conditions in both the room and the toilets. It's clear they're profiting from users trying to cancel, as they have a policy of not offering refunds, regardless of the state of their facilities. This is outrageous and must be rectified and authorities notified.

I insist that the local authorities be notified immediately to address this gross misconduct!

Si buscas un buen lugar y economico para pasar la noche, este es el lugar, cerca de la playa, restaurantes y bares, en cuanto a las habitaciones y baños, es un hostal, no puedes pedir más con ese precio.

La verdad no se por donde empezar, yo se que es económico pero al final salió caro el viaje. Creo que el servicio es terrible, huele feo todo el hotel, los baños sucios no lo siguiente y las habitaciones para ser tantas personas son súper chiquitas que no tienes espacio ni para sacar tu ropa, literal PARECE UNA CELDA, lo único positivo es que está al frente de la playa y por eso fue que reservé por ello pero de resto una mala experiencia.

Un sitio horroroso, sucio, mal cuidado, no te dan toallas. Habitaciones compartidas que parecen celdas. Muchas cárceles seguro que tienen mejores habitaciones y encima súpermegacara la habitación. La cogimos porque saliamos de viaje al día siguiente y no había nada libre. Pero de saber como iba a ser, habriamos dormido en la playa o en un banco en la calle. Una vergüenza.
