Beautiful room with private terrasse, excellent bed and linens. Unfortunately the reception was less than stellar, they (especially the woman running reception), was quite rude. I was pregnant and waiting for my husband to park the car and I wasn’t allowed in our room until his arrival, the room was booked under our names but apparently his name was on the credit card so they would not let me check in. I was not offered a drink or anything while I waited either. We ordered room service - food was very good but they mixed up our order more than once and forgot cutlery and glasses twice.

Nos fuimos bastante decepcionados. Hicimos la reserva del ático por una app y al llegar nos dan otra habitación, dos por debajo de la que habíamos alquilado. Los del hotel le echan la culpa a la aplicación. Al final decidimos quedarnos igualmente y el chico de la entrada nos dijo que tendrían un detalle por las molestias aún que, repito varias veces, que la culpa no era del hotel. Aún que no fuese culpa del hotel, cosa que aún no está clara, ellos han contratado esa app por lo que parte de culpa tienen. No tuvieron ningún detalle. Sabiendo que habíamos pagado el doble del precio de la habitación en la que nos estabamos hospedando, que no es poco. El desayuno excesivamente caro. 27€ por persona por dos yogures, un par de pastas normalitas por persona, y una "selección de embutidos" que es un bocadillo tamaño pulga con dos lonchas de lo que pidas y los huevos, que eso si, muy ricos. Nos subieron un vino a la habitación picado. La habitación, aún que no era la que habíamos alquilado, era bonita y muy cómoda. Y la ubicación es preciosa.
Una pena que no nos trataran como esperabamos. Fuimos a celebrar nuestro aniversario y nos arrepentimos mucho de la elección.

The Hotel is not bad, but it is very expensive for the size and service. Basically, the hotel is an ancillary service of the Restaurant which is one of the best restaurants in Barcelona (I think it is 3 stars at the Michelin Guide). Defeatly, there are much better options. Nevertheless, the service of the staff is excellent.

El hotel ha cumplido mis expectativas ya que buscaba un hotel tranquilo y fuera de lo normal ya que era
El día de mi cumpleaños ????
Desde la hora de mi llegada me sentí en todo momento atendida por la
Directora que es una gran profesional y cercana .su equipo estuvo pendiente los tres dias que hemos estado muy amables y serviciales .
La estancia me ha encantado muy limpia y amplia .y el servio de habitaciones siempre pendientes a cualquiera hora para poder ordenarla.
El hotel es elegante con líneas vanguardistas .
lo que me has gustado más es que nos hicieron sentir parte de la experiencia pasando por cocina para acceder a las habitaciones .
Y en la cena haciéndonos partícipes también de su nuevo plato .
Nos ha gustado micho ! ????y volveremos seguro ❤️
