Excellent stay at the Barcelona Mandarin Oriental.

Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Fernando at the front door was always a very welcoming and greeted us by name.

The upgrade to room 705 was very welcome. Thank you. It was very light and airy, with an excellent terrace.

Dinner at Moments was superb. The 'tour of Spain' was excellent. The last course of steak with shaved black truffle is memorable. The team service was impeccable.

The hotel is great!! The staff is even better. Luis Silua who is the manager at the buffett area was great. Juana Kaiten Brunner went above and beyond for my daughter and made her feel so nice. I can not say enough about the both of them. They are a great team.

Excellent service from every staff member. The extra bed in the room for our son, the panda bear and the cupcakes made my son really happy after a long flight. Breakfast food variety was amazing and the dinning room spacious with a lot of natural light. Every staff memebr was polite and attentive to our needs. I left my glasses and my tablet in the room and when I returned in the evening, a fibre cloth, neatly folded with Madarin Logo was left next to each device - just one example of how they pay attention to even the smallest details. Thank you all for a memorable stay.
