The rooms and service were amazing. The beds and linens were so comfortable. Having a flat iron for my hair was a wonderful surprise! The service went above and beyond from the warm welcome at the door to helping with a question on our bill everyone there was delightful! Perfect location close to everything!!

Mi reciente experiencia en el Café Le Blanc del Hotel Mandarin Oriental fue extremadamente decepcionante. A pesar de la elegante atmósfera, el servicio dejaba mucho que desear. Tuvimos que reclamar constantemente detalles simples como las servilletas, y aún así, la asistencia fue insuficiente. Además, nos sorprendió recibir nuestras bebidas después de haber disfrutado nuestros pasteles. Para un establecimiento que se supone que ofrece un servicio de cinco estrellas, esta experiencia estuvo lejos de cumplir con las expectativas.
Son lentos para servir pero rápidos para recoger, el camarero incluso retiró mi cuchara de café cuando apenas había llegado a la mitad, servicio ridículo. Esperemos que se realicen mejoras en el futuro para garantizar una experiencia del cliente más satisfactoria.
