Septic tank or something seems to be leaking poo smells into the rooms for two nights. For it to have cost 50€ a night plus tax, it’s not worth it. It’s the third time I return in three years, both wonderful experiences, but I’m not sure it’s worth it anymore and I will not return.

I booked a last-minute reservation despite reviews since they had single rooms available (whereas most other places were creeping into €200+ territory or dorm rooms). A €200 room would’ve likely been a definite upgrade, but I honestly think I could’ve found a bench in a nearby park that also would’ve been an upgrade.

The service: I did not make any requests of the staff, but I wouldn’t have wanted to as when I checked in, it did not seem anyone wanted to be there or be of help to the people in front of me or myself. When I checked out in the middle of the night, they were friendlier, at least.

The room itself: the door was falling apart. It seemed as if it’d been slammed and forced many times, so the wood was crumbling and you had to jiggle it a little to get the lock in place. The floors were very worn, and I was not confident in their cleanliness. There were two outlets in the room, no USB outlets. There was a severe lack of storage space, perhaps the most substantial storage space was the ledge above the bed, otherwise there was a couple of hooks with hangers and a small ledge, a tiny side table, and a tiny bench I moved from the bathroom. The A/C did not work, which forced me to crack open the window, inviting a whole new batch of issues. No table or seating space, you only get the bed. The bed itself was okay, on the harder side, the pillows and blankets were fine.

The bathroom also lacked space, there was the sink space, two ledges above the toilet, and within the shower itself, another ledge. However: they did not replace the toilet paper, so I got a used up roll that ran out. Only two towels were provided, one bath and one face, they were not soft and actually a little unpleasant. They did provide soap - body wash and shampoo, but in my opinion the scents weren’t appealing, especially for women. I tossed them to the side. The shower floor was slippery. The toilet would get stuck when I flushed. The handle for the shower was broken off so I had to swing it open from within in order to get out. No cup provided to wash your mouth.

If I could give my fellow guests reviews, it would be totally negative. At all hours of the night, knocking on the doors, slamming of the doors, stomping and running about, talking and shouting in the hallways, incessant noise with no regard for quiet hours. Not all of these issues can be attributed to the hostel, but the lack of soundproofing and the faulty doors can be laid as a negative attribute due to poor management and maintenance. Finally - I was awoken at 2:00 AM by a couple loudly having sex. At this point, I was over it and shouted at them to shut up but it did nothing. More talking at this late hour.

The location is likely this place’s greatest attribute. Very centrally located near the shopping, eating, and La Pedrera (not even 10 minutes away). Easy walking distance to most other attractions, plus convenient metro location, with Diagonal station right there. It was easy for me to pick up snacks and drinks for the night and the next day, find dinner, and get to and from Barcelona-Sants. Also a convenient location for the transiting to the airport, easy enough access with the metro and for taxis. I give it the singular star for this point.

I will mention that reservations did include breakfast, which I could not avail since it did not open until the late time of 8:00 AM, and closes by 11:00 AM. Neither here nor there for me, I suppose, although it would’ve been nice to provide options to grab and go for people like myself departing early.

Now, for the costs, I paid roughly €150 for this stay, primarily wanting to do some casual browsing and get some sleep. It was absolutely not worth it. There are similar accommodations in terms of location, and, frankly, most of the city is well-connected via transit, which is very easy to manage and navigate, particularly the metro. I find myself hard-pressed to believe even the dorm rooms, at €50, would be worth it. I couldn’t recommend this place, your money is better spent elsewhere.

Nos alojamos 6 personas en enero, y la habitación no cumplía los requisitos básicos de habitabilidad. La ventana tenía un agujero, las baldosas del baño no estaban bien selladas y se movían, y salía agua por las juntas. Muy pocas tomas de corriente. Iniciamos un proceso de reclamación y 3 meses después seguimos sin obtener el reembolso que nos aseguraron hacernos. Inadmisible el trato.

Fuimos a una cena de cumpleaños y fue un auténtico desastre, el trato del personal es horrible, los camareros unos indeseables, el “seguridad de la puerta otro que tendría que pasar las pruebas de validación…la comida pasable, no diré lo contrario, no volveremos jamás.

Recepcja oraz lobby hotelowe robi duże wrażenie, niestety pokój już nie.
Łazienka tak mała, że ciężko do niej wejść.
Łóżko bardzo wygodne, niestety poza nim, koszem na śmieci i wieszakiem nic się nie znajduje w pokoju.
Widok z okna bardzo brzydko.
W nocy bardzo głośno, słychać wszystko co dzieje się na korytarzach.

Excelente ubicación, además nos han dejado guardar las maletas antes del check-in sin cargo alguno. La habitación que nos tocó super amplia y bonita, sin embargo, algunos enchufes no funcionaban y la puerta de la ducha no cerraba totalmente lo que hacía que se mojara el suelo. Por lo demás todo impecable. El desayuno muy variado y los recepcionistas atentos. Gracias !

La verdad que el trato es increíble la ubicación es perfecta si quieres conocer está todo cerca el chico de la recepción es muy amable el que estuvo el día 03/04/2024 en la mañana igual que todo el personal la verdad es muy buena opción tienen cocina y puedes ahorrar un montón todo 1000/10 además tienes un descuento del 20% para el restaurante

위치는 잘 아실거 같고, 서비스 좋고 조식 좋네요~ 잘 지내다 갑니다.

Hotel se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji u glavnoj ulici, od koje je sve jednostavno i lako obići. Sagrada de familia se vidi sa prozora hotelskih soba.
Sobe su jako čiste, peškiri i posteljina se menjaju svakodnevno. Porozori na sobama su veliki i ima dosta dnevne svetlosti.
Nameštaj jeste skromniji, ali je udoban i prati stil u kome se nalazi ceo hotel.
Doručak je odličan, za svakoga ima po nešto (sveže voće, slatkiši, slano...). Služi se do 11h što je još jedna prednost da zaista možete da odmorite.
Wifi savršen! Ima ga u svakom uglu hotela, čak i u restoranu pored ????
Osoblje ljubazno, na visini svog zadatka.

PERFECT LOCATION. Rooms are very clean and they clean them everyday and change towels. The breakfast is good, with sweet and savory options. Hotel staff is friendly. We have just positive memories from this trip and hotel. Hotel is in the center of the city and in the main street and it takes literally five minutes to reach important tourist facilities(Casa Mila, Casa Batllo and 15 minutes to reach Sagrada Familia)

Ubicacion estupenda.
Zonas comunes amplias y grandes (aunk un día hubo un evento privado y cerraron gran parte de la zona común...)
Amplia terraza donde descansar o tomarte algo que te lleves tú.
Las habitaciones como en las fotos de Booking.
La nuestra era una doble con dos camas de 0'75 y muy estrecha, pero correcta para pasar tres noche. Teníamos baño privado en la habitación.
La foto que he subido de la ventana eran nuestras vistas, que eran a un patio interior...
Por la noche mucho ruido, tanto por el patio como por el pasillo.
En la recepción son muy amables y te guardan las maletas antes y después de tu estancia.
Tienen servicio de restaurante con variedad de platos. Y hay cocina en el lugar para que puedas prepárate tu propia comida.

방은 아주 100년전 방처럼 너무 낡았고 침대 매트리스도 너무 꺼졌는데 바꿔줄게 없다고 3박을 묵었다.
너무 좁아서 짐도 겨우 펼쳐서 썼는데 의자위에 올려두고간 모자가 나갔다오니 사라짐. 그것도 비싼거 이제 새로 산것을.
하우스키퍼가 청소를 제대로 안해주더니 모자까지 수건같은데 딸려나간것 같다.
다른데는 대충 놓고 나갔어도 위에 정리해서 두던데 여기는 사라지기나하고..
어메니티랑 수건만 채워주고 침대시트에 뭐가 뭍어있어도 다시 끼워놓고..
바닥청소도 내내 안해줌..
문의해도 적극적으로 찾아봐줄생각도없음..
위치만 좋고 나머지는 이돈주고 올데는 아닌듯.
스페인은 다시오고싶지만 절대 여기에 묵지는 않아야겠다.
물건을 잃어버리니 최악으로 기억될것같다.

위치는 나쁘지 않으나 객실 및 서비스는 별 하나도 아깝습니다.
조식은 나쁘지 않으나 객실에서는 하수구 냄새가 나고 창문에는 모기장이 없어 열수 없습니다.
서비스는 더욱 형편없습니다 수건 교환 및 청소는 지적하기 전까지 진행되지 않았고(오후 2시가 넘도록!!) 요청사항은 무시당했으며, 호스텔에 대한 일체의 안내(조식시간 장소, 부엌의 위치 등등)은 따로 물어보기 전까지 전달받지 못했습니다. 또한 호스텔로 보낸 이메일은 답변 받지 못했습니다. 그들은 사전 체크인을 하라고 저에게 주기적으로 문자를 보냈지만 그 링크는 예약사이트 정책상 제대로 보이지 않아서 다른 방식-whats app이나 이메일로 링크를 보내달라고 세차례나 이야기 했지만 일체 답변 받지 못했습니다.
또한 제가 동양인이라고 직원에게 인종차별을 당했습니다. 저는 중국인이 아닌데도 약국 위치를 묻자 가까운 오분거리의 정상적인 약국 대신 15분 거리의 멀고 중국인이 하는 수상한 가게(심지어 폐업해서 존재하지 않는) 약국을 안내받았습니다.
인종차별적이며 호스텔의 직원으로서도 무책임한 일입니다

estuve con mi familia en habitacion privada primeros dias de marzo. la habitacion impecable, colchones, baños, sabanas toallas etc. Podria haber un mueble para guardar ropa, perchas o percheros....el desayuno es muy completo . Para mejorar el tema del ascensor, lento y no cerraba bien la puerta en algunos pisos por ser antiguo y eso demora mucho. La ubicacion es inmejorable. te guardan las maletas antes del check in o despues del check out sin cargo. La casona es muy linda.

Realicé una reserva para 6 personas con margen de tiempo, con un buen precio. No me daba opción de posible cancelación por lo que pagué por adelantado. Semanas antes a la fecha me mandan un mail diciéndome que el propio hotel cancela mi reserva, por motivos “estructurales del edificio”. Me dan dos alternativas, por el doble precio de lo que yo había reservado, con descuento de 15%. Creo que lo mínimo para cubrir esta incidencia es hacerse cargo y al menos mantener un precio aunque las condiciones de las habitaciones alternativas sean diferentes… eso es lo que creo que haría un establecimiento que cuida al cliente. Saquen conclusiones.

PÉSIMO
Nos hemos alojado en este establecimiento porque en las fotos parecía estar a la altura de lo que necesitábamos.
Las fotos son engañosas ya que el establecimiento se encuentra en peor estado.
Nos han asignado una habitación en la que el colchón era pésimo, no pudimos descansar, el baño apestaba a alcantarilla y no vinieron a limpiar la habitación, nos quejamos y nos dieron otra habitación, pero cuando fuimos a buscar la tarjeta a recepción las formas del personal fueron de muy poco profesionales, nos dió la tarjeta sin mirarnos a la cara, ni una disculpa nos dieron, me pareció bastante grosero. En la siguiente habitación que nos facilitaron la puerta de la ducha no cerraba del todo y esto hacía que el baño se mojara, tuvimos que pedir toallas porque no había y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba.
La calidad de los productos que ofrecen en el desayuno es bastante malo para el precio que tiene.
NO LO RECOMIENDO

Fuí a una celebración familiar, un lugar original.No utilizé las habitaciones.

Located in the best area of barcelona, paseo de gracias with beautiful garden terrace, extremerly clean, beds, showers and free toillers, the chilling area is beyong beautiful.
Free storage if you are leaving or changing room.
Highly recommend with very qualified stuff.

非常方便的出行地点。离米拉之家很近，也是众多大牌集合的街区附近。虽在闹市区但是很安静

Tiene dos sectores. Una parte de como hostel y otra de departamentos con baño privado.
Muy buena atencion.
Esta ubicado en una zona ideal.
El precio no es de lo mas conveniente, pero sirve para zafar.
