Pésimo servicio. Está compañía me dejó sin reserva a semana y media previa la fecha (la cuál había hecho desde casi 4 meses previos). No me supieron dar respuesta ni solución.

Made me wait two weeks to sign and then it turns out the apartment wasn't available for rent in the first place

Unfreundliche Service. Vermute v hilfsbereit nie gehört! Organisation unten null, und nebenbei nicht erreichbar! Finger weg für jedem was will Ärger und Stress sparen!

Lo que dicen en la respuesta es falso. No hubo intervención de la policía de ningún tipo.
Si es como dice, que presente un documento que lo acredite.

BEWARE!! Do not travel to their appartments!!
We paid 400€ deposit and they didn't give it back.
They made us sign a contract saying that if we exceeded "a noise level" they would kick us out of the flat. So far so good. However, when we returned home we were told that "we had exceeded the permitted level", providing as proof a device that did not identify levels or measure decibels, it just said that "we had exceeded it" and therefore we would not get it back.
After talking to the owners and Booking, we have not been refunded.
Pagamos 400€ de fianza y no nos la devolvieron.
Nos hicieron firmar un contrato en el que se decía que si superabamos "un nivel de ruido" nos echarían del apartamento. Hasta aquí todo bien. Sin embargo, a la vuelta a casa nos dijeron que "habiamos superado el nivel permitido" aportando como prueba un aparato que no identificaba niveles ni medía decibelios, solo decía que "lo habíamos superado" y que por lo tanto no nos lo devolverían.
Tras hablar con los propietarios y con Booking, no nos han devuleto el dinero.
Si es como dice, que presente un documento que lo acredite.

No pongo -10 porque no puedo. Estafan totalmente. Tuve la mala suerte de no leer las reseñas que tiene este sitio. Alquilamos un apartamento en Sarrià pensando que sería genial y estaba sucio y totalmente impresentable. Estuvimos mas de dos horas en la calle con niños pequeños y llamando a la atención al cliente para poder entrar en el apartamento que habíamos alquilado a pesar de las llamadas a la empresa nadie se hacía responsable. Tras dos horas entramos y todo estaba sucio. Pelos en las toallas, pipi en los baños. Asqueroso. Todo eran complicaciones y ninguna facilidad a sus huéspedes. Cobrando lo que cobran y con la fianza de 400€ que piden y parece que no devuelven no merece la pena dejarse engañar. Llevo mas de dos semanas intentando contactar con ellos y son unos impresentables. Sin duda alguna la denuncia se la llevan. Mi consejo ir a un hotel porque este sitio es nefasto!. Un besazo.

Ubicación perfecta, zona central llena de buenos restaurantes y discotecas. Edificio bien cuidado, ambiente muy acogedor, limpio y con todo lo necesario, apartamento perfecto para nuestras necesidades. La agencia My Space Barcelona muy profesional y siempre dispuesta a responder a nuestras peticiones. Fantástica experiencia para recomendar y recomendar a todo el mundo.

Very nice place to stay in Barcelona, very good and quiet neighborhood, easy access to subways stations and busses to go around the city, all the staff are great, Luis thank you for your hospitality and your welcoming to the city, hope you continuing doing great, thanks for everything

Nos lo pasamos genial y estamos muy satisfechos con esta agencia, que es de la más alta calidad. El personal estaba siempre preparado, disponible y atento a nuestras necesidades. El apartamento tenía todas las comodidades necesarias, incluyendo agua, café y una apreciada botella de buen cava. Gracias a My Space Barcelona; ¡muy recomendable! ¡Bien hecho! ¡Bien hecho!

Hace 2 meses que tenían que devolver el dinero de la fianza y siguen sin hacerlo.
La contestación a los mails es que hable con mi banco.
Ya había leído alguna reseña igual con anterioridad.

Very comfortable and functional apartments in Barcelona for months.

Great space for 1-3 people. Two balconies and a very minimalist interior design. Nice aesthetic. Right next to one of the main metro lines for easy access to the city center and Gracia area. A nice park/hike nearby, nearby cine, and nearby markets of all kind.

Les lieux existent mais l'agence fait tout pour arnaquer les touristes. Il a fallu plusieurs relances et une mise en demeure de booking pour que je récupère ma caution, bien après les délais de restitution. Les commentaires à 5 étoiles sont des faux, des personnes ont été payées pour les laisser. Touristes, faites attention et signalez massivement l'arnaque à Google......

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Barcelona. Buena ubicación con fácil acceso al metro y autobuses. El personal fue atento y rápido para ayudar.

Apartamento muy limpio, muy bien ubicado, personal atento y buen servicio. Sinceramente iba condicionada por algunas opiniones leídas y sin embargo la experiencia fue estupenda

Appartements fantastiques! J'ai séjourné avec Myspacebarcelona plusieurs fois car j'ai besoin d'être à Barcelone en raison de mon travail, deux fois par mois et j'ai toujours une bonne expérience.

Just a small post to exchange a good address. I student and I live in Barcelona. Hello the galley to find an apartment!
All the owners do not want to rent for short or average durations. Stay over to see the shared apartments where you pay 400-500€ for a room boui boui one where division all others.
By I watch offers in the real estate agencies sometimes when I pass. I have one of them, which I recommend highly. It is called:

They are really nice, young, open, they speak Spanish, French, English, Russian, Polognais.
Good you have to admit that the prices are rather expensive, but you need for all budgets.
For those who have the means, looking for quality, families easy, groups of friends who want to be done super holidays and it is adapted.
Moreover they are more expensive, but no frain agency, so at the end you find yourself. Apartment magnificent, duplex, loft, terrace, swimming pool, there is all.
You will not tire of any.
