After more than 50 years as an emblematic flamenco venue on Barcelona's Rambla, Tablao Flamenco Cordobés is expanding its universe with El Duende. Located at La Rambla 33, the epicenter of Barcelona's nightlife and street scene, El Duende by Tablao Cordobes is set in an iconic and vibrant location that has witnessed the city's history and culture.
Our incredible venue pays tribute to great figures such as Federico García Lorca in El Duende, to our Tablao Flamenco Cordobés family and to the tradition of tablao flamenco in Barcelona. Opening in April 2024, this welcoming venue recreates the atmosphere of the Catalan capital's gypsy tablaos, which flourished in the mid-20th century as vibrant centers of Andalusian culture in the city. Hosted by a team of flamenco culture enthusiasts, "duende", the elusive and complex concept that fascinated Lorca, comes to life through live performances, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the vibrant history of flamenco in Barcelona.
