Museum housing natural science collections and an interesting collection of naturalized animals

Located in the very modern area of the Parc del Fórum, this museum houses the natural science collections once exhibited in the Parc de la Ciutadella. They are articulated around a large permanent exhibition, "Planeta Vida", which displays more than 4,500 pieces (minerals, rocks, fossils, fauna and flora). The collection of naturalized animals is particularly interesting. In the "Niu de ciència" (science nest) area, the young can carry out scientific experiments. At the entrance, don't miss to observe the huge whale skeleton!
