A solid address preparing French and European cuisine with well-cared for presentations
A solid address in Papeete highlighting, under the leadership of chef Christian Mazeres, a cuisine that is sometimes French and sometimes European. This is particularly evident in the half-cooked foie gras, cocoa and vanilla truffles, and fig confit; the Perigordine ceps, smoked duck breast and hot foie gras; the lamb mouse with honey and spices; or snail nems with ceps and pistachios in balsamic sauce. The presentations are always extremely well cared for, and we appreciate the warm and professional welcome.
