In this small restaurant with just a few tables, a little noisy at times, traditional local cuisine takes pride of place. Enjoy entrecôte flambé with cognac and pepper sauce, duck breast with honey, filet de boeuf Rossini, or bouillabaisse en montgolfière, roasted salmon with Auteraa crust and Béarnaise sauce. And to top it all off, accompany the meal with one of the excellent vintages on offer. The bill may be a little steep, but the quality is there, so... All in all, a highly recommended restaurant.
