Chic brasserie concocting poultry, meat and fish with an excellent wine list
Located behind the Vaima centre, this chic brasserie establishment is one of the most refined restaurants in Polynesia. Held by Jean-Charles Lallemand, who officiates in the kitchen, you can enjoy terrine of foie gras and its apple and apricot sauce, vol-au-vent of snails with windfall and black garlic, puff pastry of sweetbreads with porcini mushrooms, or caramelized Norwegian salmon with honey and ginger. Excellent wine list. One of the best in the whole Territory, perfect for a business dinner or a romantic date.

Un bon rapport qualité prix.
Belle carte des vins à des prix raisonnables (il ne faut pas oublier qu'en Polynésie, les vins supportent des droits de douane de 200%!)
Bien situé, en plein cœur de Papeete, parking payant juste à coté.
Dommage que le cadre (salle fermé, sans fenêtre) ne soit pas à la hauteur de la cuisine
