Created in 1960, the very popular Miss Tahiti election is followed each year with great fervor in French Polynesia! A true tribute to the elegance and natural charm of the vahine, it takes on a much greater scope in Fenua than in any other region of metropolitan France. In addition to competing in the great Miss France election a few months later, the lucky winner will become a real local "star" during her year of reign.
