A revoir cependant l'intitulé du plat de rognons noté comme "Rognon de veau poelé à l'estragon" (mais servi emincé et en sauce) laissant à penser qu'il serait poêlé dans du beurre et parsemé d'estragon.
Une très bonne soirée entre amies en terrasse.
