Created in 1905, the Fischerstub is a veritable institution. It has retained its old-fashioned atmosphere, with its wood panelling and decoration full of nods to the Brasserie Fischer and the region. You'll be able to sample all the unmissable regional specialties: sauerkraut, presskopf, fried camembert, pike-perch, roast beef, saveloy, knuckle of ham... -Le cordon bleu n’était pas assaisonné, plutôt sec. Heureusement il y avait la sauce. Les frites et les haricots n’étaient pas assaisonnés non plus. Et nous avons demandé du sel à un serviteur qui passait, il nous a repondu de nous servir sur la table d’à côté (où deux personnes mangeaient) nous avons trouvé ça moyen…
