Created in 1905, the Fischerstub is a veritable institution. It has retained its old-fashioned atmosphere, with its wood panelling and decoration full of nods to the Brasserie Fischer and the region. You'll be able to sample all the unmissable regional specialties: sauerkraut, presskopf, fried camembert, pike-perch, roast beef, saveloy, knuckle of ham... In season, you'll also find game on the menu. Here, the proportions are gargantuan and the prices gentle. The service is pleasant and the regional wines by the glass or carafe will accompany your dishes with pride!

J’ai passé un bon moment, la quantité est là et la cuisine satisfaisante pour un prix qui n’est pas exorbitant donc très bien :)

Plats principaux généreux cependant les accompagnements sont inexistants. 5 frites qui se battent en duel dans l assiette c est moyen! Lorsque l on se permet de demander un peu de supplément on nous répond qu il faut le payer....
c est vraiment dommage!

Un restaurant génial avec un service de qualité et des serveurs qui vous mettent à l'aise. Les portions sont énormes. J'ai pris une tarte à l'oignon en entrée, elle était succulente, même si la pâte manquait un peu de cuisson. Ensuite j'ai pris la choucroute garnie... servit bien chaude. Esquis même si, il me fallait déboucler ma ceinture pour la terminer. Mes amis qui ont testé le cordon bleu n'ont pas pu le terminer.
En résumé, une bonne table traditionnelle d'Alsace avec une équipe sympa. N'hésitez pas.
