In this original business restaurant with its contemporary "red and black" decor, dishes are organic, gluten-free and dairy-free! All products are fresh and homemade. Chef Johann Gonzales previously worked at Au Cerf in Marlenheim. The dishes are developed in collaboration with a naturopath. Recipes are based on roots, herbs, seaweed, fruit and vegetables... The establishment also welcomes you for breakfasts and afterworks, with three rooms upstairs where you can enjoy lunch in complete confidentiality.
