En couple, nous avons passé un agréable moment dans le restaurant de Monsieur Scheer et un échange avec le chef a permis de bien comprendre sa ligne directrice culinaire. L'accueil est chaleureux et l'ambiance feutrée avec un nombre limité de tables rajoute de la personnalisation, l'ensemble du personnel est là pour vous et rien que pour vous. Il y a du travail dans les propositions et il faut prendre le temps de déguster chaque bouchée pour apprécier la finesse des saveurs. Ce fut un moment de détente et le temps s'est ralenti durant cet après-midi , sans nous en rendre compte, nous sommes sortis de table 3,5h plus tard. Un moment d'évasion que nous comptons réédité.

Une des meilleures tables d'Alsace. Service et sommelier excellent, déjeuner exceptionnel, cuissons parfaites , décor sobre, du très grand art et le tout pour un prix très correct. BRAVO, un de mes meilleurs souvenirs gastronomique.
