At the Couteau d'Or you are in a traditional butcher's shop! In Schiltigheim and Illkirch, the service is identical. The team is very professional and attentive. Here you will find quality meat: beef, veal, sheep, poultry.... Of course, as far as sausages are concerned, there is always a wide choice between the different types of hams, sausages and pies... Dishes of the day are available, in hot or cold versions, and everything is homemade: sautéed pork in cider and fried vegetables, duck legs in orange sauce, or roast beef are examples. The welcome and service are always very smiling. Very good value for money.
