AUBERGE DE FONDAIN
Restaurant in Laqueuille offering large spaces and rooms with a soothing view on the Ordanche banne.
This elegant old bourgeois house in Laqueuille is said to be the birthplace of the famous blue cheese. A former owner, Antoine Roussel, whose initials can still be seen on the main door, was entrusted with the paternity of this delicious Auvergne cheese, following his discoveries in the 19th century. The restaurant is equally impressive, offering carefully prepared regional cuisine featuring local specialities. A special plus: a fitness room, spa, sauna and hot tub are available for sports.
