Renowned for his excellent fish, Sabahattin was a fisherman who cooked for local residents in his modest premises, until the day when... the Four Seasons Hotel opened its doors. Wealthy customers flocked in. The restaurant has since acquired an international reputation. Out with the picturesque! Naturally, prices have risen, much to the chagrin of the original regulars. Nevertheless, it remains a very good address for fish, all the more so as the refined setting perfectly complements its reputation. Save room for the excellent dessert.
