This is a meyhane (place to drink rakı) that offers all the classics of the genre with an oriental twist. Its terrace perched high up reveals three splendid views of the Bosphorus and the Galata Tower. As for the food, one is impressed by the large selection of hot mezze with a special mention for the Zahterli paçanga: a puff pastry seasoned with spices only found in the Middle East. The grilled calamari is also excellent. Good value for money for the unique view and the wide variety of dishes offered.
