Located in the heart of Istanbul's old town, this restaurant guarantees refined dining in a pleasant garden with a magnificent view of the Cafera Medrese (Sinan's work), lulled by soft classical Turkish music. On the menu, Ottoman cuisine as served at the Palace, revisited, delicious and copious. A particular highlight is the mutancana (lamb with honey, fig and almond sauce). The restaurant is in a hotel, but well worth a visit.
