RAMI RESTAURANT
The Ottoman style présage the refinement of the place. We eat in the light of candles, the by classical music. Magnificent paintings by the painter Rami Uluer, impressionist who lived in Ankara and where the restaurant owes his name, decorate the walls (the boss is his son). The first level is somewhat narrow. But the third floor has a breathtaking Blue Mosque view. Taste the beğendi beğendi (stuffed stuffed and hot) or the sultan köfte (sultan's boulettes): a carrot in a eggplant, all identified with minced meat. Eggplant soup, delicious (patlıcanlı çorba). The other originality is the gülle (boulgour with dried meat). On the side of the seafood, we recommend les and, for the curious, at the end of meals, cherry liqueur.
