Ortaköy's guts (guts sandwiches) are famous. Here the service is non-stop. Those who want to taste the room absolutely must come here on the weekend, late the night. With a side-by-side ally, several establishments offer this specialty the Turks love. Our preference went to this one (also present in Galatasaray, in the fish market). In addition to the guts, you can order dolma dolma, that is, stuffed mussels with rice (a pure treat!) or squid. Everything is usually served in bread, but you can ask for porsiyon. It is difficult to find cheaper while being so good. Try it!
