Söhretler is surely the best address of Beşiktaş to taste köfte (spicy meat boulettes). They are actually particularly tasty, not fat, and their texture a little elastic does not spoil anything. The ideal is to accompany them with a white bean salad (fasulye piyasa), and a ayran (slightly salted liquid yogurt). As a bonus, you will be in immersion in the Univers stadium universe, as shown by the numerous photos on the wall of the lower room. Prefer the floor to be more quiet.
